This place is great and here are the reasons why:

Before I got the work done:
1) they were not afraid to give me a quote! It is always a red flag to me when someone won’t give you a quote-even a ball park. They gave me an exact quote.
2) sales staff were knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills
3) they set an appointment and gave me a fairly accurate time-frame. Also, if you have an appointment you can make plans to be without your car. (just sayin’)

During my repairs:
1) If they find out that you need additional parts or labor they will give you a call, give you a quote for the added costs and ask permission to make repairs. So, no hidden repair costs! This is exactly what they did in my case and it was nice to know what was going on.
2) They will explain in layman’s terms what is happening
3) They use manufacturer-quality parts so your repairs will last a long time.

After they were done:
1) They gave me a call
2) When I went to pay the cost was exactly what they had quoted me and they actually did me a favor and did not bill me for the quote on getting my A/C fixed, which is going to be a chore apparently. They also printed me off a detailed quote with the labor built in so when I am ready I can get it fixed and know exactly what I am in for.
3) I was going to pick my car up the next day because I didn’t have a ride and THEY PICKED ME UP!!!! I couldn’t believe how they went out of their way to help me! That being said, I don’t think that this is a service they offer, but I happened to live very close. Still, I was blown away at the excellence that this company offers.

I broke down on I75 on the way to visit some family, and randomly found Volunteer Automotive, they came to the rescue, and towed my vehicle to thier shop where they were able to diagnose the computer issue my car was having, and in no time they had the part at thier shop and installed very quickly.
